Important Update: Accessing Your Previously Purchased Patterns

As our little shop continues to grow, Amiguruku has recently moved our store platform from BigCommerce to Shopify. This change helps us provide a better shopping experience and makes it easier for us to manage new products and future updates.

However, because these two platforms store customer accounts differently, previous purchases from our old store unfortunately cannot automatically transfer to the new website. This means that if you purchased a crochet pattern from our previous store, it will not appear in your new Shopify account.

But don’t worry — you will absolutely still be able to access your patterns.

If You Purchased a Pattern Before the Migration

If you previously bought a pattern from our old store and need to download it again, please contact us and we will gladly help restore access for you.

When reaching out, please include any of the following if possible:

  • The email address used when placing the order

  • Your name

  • The pattern name or approximate purchase date (if you remember)

This will help us locate your order more quickly.
